Returns

We stand behind all our products. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Just return the unused portion of the product within thirty days and we will gladly credit your credit card for the product price, no questions asked.

Shipping

All orders received by 3:00pm PST will be shipped same day (Monday through Friday). All products will be shipped via US Priority Mail or United Parcel Service.

Expedited Delivery
If you wish, we have 2nd Day and Next Day Service available in the continental U.S. as well as Express Mail.
Expedited delivery time is calculated for business days only (Monday-Friday) and delivery is only on business days. For Saturday delivery please contact us.

Fullmore and Toppik Fiberhold Spray can only be shipped via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States and Canada. If ordered with an expedited order, there will be an additional charge for separate shipping.

International Shipping
You must select international shipping and handling in the SHIP VIA box for all orders that are not shipped within the United States. If international shipping and handling is not selected we will charge your account the appropriate additional amount. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or any other fees imposed by the country the product is received in is the sole responsibility of the customer.
